This blog is informative. Lots of homeowners fail to ask about water or flood damages of the home. Its a good thing that I have read this. It made me think twice of the type of insurance coverage that I have since i live near a lake. thanks for sharing! http://www.atlantacarpetrestoration.com
As far as my knowledge, the property insurance has a claim on the water damage and they had to comply with the claims of the policy bearer in such cases. Also the immediate notification to the insurance company is a must do step in case of water damage so that the procedural requirements for the claim could be started well in advance.
